Our No-Risk Purchase Policy guarantees that there is no risk to you when you purchase directly from ArctosWatches.com
How do we accomplish this?
We provide you with a Full 3-Days to inspect the watch from the day you receive it (not from when it's shipped) to make sure it satisfies your expectations. If you discover that, for any reason, it wasn't what you expected, contact our Customer Service department via email (return-requests and exchange-requests must be made by email) and you will receive a Return Authorization number for your watch.
Note: please mention what watch you purchased and include your full name; phone number; email address; address and order number in your return-request/exchange-request email. Return the watch with an insured and trackable service (such as FedEx or UPS) and upon arrival we'll inspect the watch and either issue the refund or process the exchange. When a refund is issue, you will receive your full purchase amount minus, of course, shipping fees and a $15 re-stocking/handling fee - this does not apply to exchange-requests. All refunds are issued via check or credit card for orders outside the U.S.
